Custom Metal Buildings are available in a variety of popular sizes to meet your individual needs. Custom Metal Buildings may be delivered within approximately four weeks from the time you place your order.
All Custom Metal Buildings Include:
- Bolt-together frame design simplifies installation
- All panels are PBR
- 26-gauge Painted Galvalume® walls with 25-year limited warranty
- 26-gauge Galvalume Plus® Roof with 20-year limited warranty
- Available in all standard colors
- Complete trim package
- All hardware, fasteners, closures, bolts and sealant tape as required
- Erection drawings
- Freight, sales taxes and foundation design criteria not included

Loading Codes indicate the maximum load the building is engineered to withstand.
Example: 20/20/110
20 Represents live load on frames (psf)
20 Represents live load on panels/purlins (psf)
110 Represents wind speed (mph)

NCI Metal Depots provides building designs in accordance with the requirements of the latest building codes for your area.
COASTAL REGIONS
If your metal building will be located in the Texas coastal region, it may be required to be windstorm rated by the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA). Visit www.twia.org for more information.
If not in Texas, please check with your local governing body as required by your coastal location.
